Refund policy
Buzz Me In DOES NOT provide returns or refunds due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our products. For health and safety reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL. That includes products that have not been opened and remain in sealed packaging. We are still unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
If a product arrives and is damaged or exhibiting a manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt, we will replace it with the same product. Please contact info@buzzmeinstore.com to request an exchange for the same product. When returning products, please include all original parts including packaging and instructions. Do not send products to Buzz Me In without contacting info@buzzmeinstore.com to initiate an exchange. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
If the product becomes defective or stops working after 30 days, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair from the manufacturer under the product warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. If you are unsure if the product has a warranty, feel free to contact us.
