FREE shipping for orders totaling $150 or more*

Shipping within the US is discreet and does not have “Buzz Me In” or any other shop identifier visible on the packaging. Please note that orders may arrive in separate packages depending on which warehouse they are being shipped from. 

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.  Orders will arrive from the “Shipping Department” with a return address. Shipping times are calculated at checkout. NOTE: Our warehouses are working with minimal staffing and following diligent safety precautions. We are unable to guarantee exact shipping times and orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. There are also significant delays in shipping and customs services at the moment. Buzz Me In will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are not responsible for delays in receiving your package.

We are NOT offering express shipping at this time. 

International Shipping

International shipping calculated at checkout. 

Due to international and domestic delays, restrictions, and delivery issues in many countries because of COVID-19 some orders may take longer to arrive than usual. 

Please note there is usually not any tracking information available with USPS once shipment leaves the US. Some shipments, especially First Class can take up to 45 days to be delivered. 

Buzz Me In is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by the recipient country  including but not limited to duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or customs fees. Please research these fees before ordering from Buzz Me In. Once the package leaves the U.S. we are no longer responsible for its tracking. 

Buzz Me In is not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We are not responsible if your items are turned away at costumes, if your country does not allow adult products or if it is illegal to possess an adult product.  We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state or country. It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. Please research these policies and laws before ordering from Buzz Me In. 

Please note that many brands will restrict us from selling their products outside of the U.S. We have done everything to prevent the system from allowing restricted products from being purchased. In the event that a product is purchased to a country we are restricted from shipping to, then the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
